How do I measure the circumference correctly?
The information refers to the head circumference approx. 2.5 cm. above the eyebrows. To measure, use a flexible tape measure and measure so that it fits snugly against your head (not too tight or too loose).

How does the helmet fit correctly?
A helmet must fit so tightly that it cannot twist in the event of a fall or during normal riding. But it shouldn't constrict your head too tightly, otherwise you'll get a headache. Signs that a helmet fits well include:
-The inner padding comfortably encloses the head all around, there is no gap to the sides or top between the head and the helmet shell.
-The cheek pads fit tightly to the cheeks (there may be “hamster cheeks”, but the pads settle a little after a short time and then sit more comfortably)
-There is no gap between the forehead and the inner lining

We recommend:
To be sure that it is the right size, wear the helmet on your head for a longer period of time (approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour). The correct circumference size does not automatically mean that the helmet fits overall. If after this time you feel very unpleasant pressure in one or more places or even get a headache, either the size itself is wrong or you should try a different model/manufacturer.
